G&Y Be United: Our First Appearance as Guest Artists
July 2024 marked a significant milestone in our journey as Kizomba artists with our participation in G&Y Be United, a renowned dance festival held in Delhi. This event was particularly special for us as it was the first time we were officially invited as Guest Artists at a festival.
Although we didn’t have the opportunity to conduct a workshop, being recognized and acknowledged as Guest Artists was a pivotal moment in our professional growth. It reflected the hard work, dedication, and passion we have poured into our craft over the years.
The festival itself was an incredible experience, bringing together a vibrant community of dancers and artists from various disciplines. It provided us with a platform to connect with other professionals, exchange ideas, and immerse ourselves in the energy of the dance world. Being part of such an esteemed event was both inspiring and motivating, as it reaffirmed our commitment to contributing to the dance community.
G&Y Be United will always hold a special place in our journey, symbolizing our first step into the spotlight as Guest Artists.
